Deputy Permanent Secretary (Ag.) Ms. Kevar Williams

Ms. Kevar Williams is rooted in the Human Resource industry and spent most of her formative Public Sector career at the Ministry of Education, where she worked for a total of twenty-three (23) years.

Over that period, she climbed the administrative ranks and ascended to her substantive post of Director of Human Resource Services (DHRS).  She also worked at the Ministry of Energy and Energy Affairs as Director of Human Resource Services for eighteen (18) months.

As the holder of a Masters in Human Resources, Ms. Williams is passionate about process improvement within the Public Sector and as a result has spearheaded several human resource related projects, programmes, seminars and consultations.
